Royal M Hotel Fujairah by Gewan

Hotel is conveniently located next to the mall. Good, easy parking. Room size was OK, it was clean and quiet. We had room behind the elevators. Was little bit afraid if there will be sound but there was nothing. Nice view to the mountains (we were on 13th floor). Breakfast buffet was OK. Seems that guys were a bit understaffed on Saturday morning but they were doing good job to control everything.

The bell men and front desk person were always kind. The people working in the restaurant were nice but don’t understand what a mixed drink is. I understand they don’t drink alcohol but they should know how to make a drink with alcohol.

My stay at Royal M had its ups and downs. On the positive side, the rooms were impeccably clean with commendable toilet and bath areas. The bedding was perfect, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, the living space was marred by a torn sofa that lacked comfort, which was disappointing.Breakfast at the hotel was commendable, with timely refills of all items except for the coffee counter, whose operator was unfortunately rude. Despite this setback, the hotel redeemed itself through the outstanding performance of staff member Ms. Nargese, who was kind, friendly, and provided exceptional service.Furthermore, as an executive room guest, having lounge access during the night was a highlight. However, the experience could have been enhanced if the management addressed the issues with the torn sofa and the attitude of the cafe maker. Taking these suggestions into account would greatly improve the overall customer experience and potentially elevate the hotel's rating. I remain hopeful for a better experience on my next visit.

My second experience here was even more delightful, surpassing all expectations. The service provided by the dedicated team truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an outstanding team across all departments—the front office, café, room service, fitness center, and executive lounge. Every staff member I encountered was remarkable and genuinely committed to providing top-notch service. A special shout-out to Ms. Khawla and Dave, who welcomed me with such warmth and arranged a fabulous room with a stunning view. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction left a lasting impression. They truly deserve the highest accolades for making me feel special right from the start. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic culinary experience with a great range of healthy options, perfectly aligned with my wellness goals. I must also extend my heartfelt thanks to the professional team—Vignesh and Ahmed—along with Pa Pa Kin, Sahin, Genie, Aditya, Deepu, Aladdine, Ahmed Mosen, Anas, and Hashika. Their dedication made my stay feel like a true retreat. Whether you're a business traveler or looking for a relaxing getaway, the Royal M Hotel is the place to be. While the name may not be as familiar as some global chains, the level of service I received here is unparalleled. Plus, with easy access to the Fujairah Mall just steps away, it offers a fantastic location for shopping and leisure. Overall, I would rate the Royal M Hotel Fujairah a perfect 10/10. I look forward to my next visit and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We were 3 families here for 1 night. The staff was very friendly. I've got the upgrade and the suite was excellent. Also all of us got free late check-out and that was very helpful for us. Very good swimming pool, dinning menu. The only problem is that the beach is not near, but there is free transfer to the beach.
